Tsirang Dzongkhag Welcomes New Recruits with Orientation Program
Tsirang — Tsirang Dzongkhag formally welcomed a group of newly recruited personnel today, marking the occasion with a brief orientation program held on an auspicious day.
The new appointees include nine teachers, one procurement assistant, one matron, and two drivers, who are set to serve in various sectors across the dzongkhag.
During the program, the Dzongdag (Dasho) shared key insights and encouraged the recruits to uphold values of dedication, integrity, and commitment in their service to the nation. The address emphasized the importance of professionalism and responsibility in public service roles.
The Education and Human Resource Sections also conducted an orientation session, providing guidance on roles, responsibilities, and workplace expectations to help the new employees effectively integrate into their respective positions.
The initiative reflects the dzongkhag’s continued efforts to strengthen public service delivery through capable and committed human resources.

सत्तारूढ राष्ट्रिय स्वतन्त्र पार्टी (रास्वपा) का सांसद मनिष खनालले काठमाडौंको बल्खु किनारामा भएको सुकुम्बासी बस्ती व्यवस्थापनका क्रममा भएको घटनाप्रति गहिरो दुःख व्यक्त गरेका छन्। नवलपुर–२ बाट निर्वाचित सांसद खनालले शुक्रबार राति सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत आफ्नो धारणा सार्वजनिक गर्दै राज्यका लागि प्रत्येक नागरिकको जीवन र आत्मसम्मान सर्वोच्च विषय भएको उल्लेख गरेका छन्। उनले “विस्थापन होइन, सुरक्षित व्यवस्थापन” को मान्यतालाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने बताउँदै बल्खु घटनालाई दुःखद भनेका छन्। घटनाका क्रममा ६१ वर्षीय इन्द्रबहादुर राई मृत अवस्थामा फेला परेका थिए। प्रहरीका अनुसार उनी बागमती नदीले बगाएर ल्याएको अवस्थामा फेला परेका हुन्। सांसद खनालले बस्ती व्यवस्थापनका क्रममा बालबालिकाको शिक्षा, नागरिकको स्वास्थ्य र परिवारको मानसिक अवस्थाप्रति थप संवेदनशील हुनुपर्ने आवश्यकता औँल्याएका छन्। उनले सरकारलाई सुरक्षित बसोबासको लक्ष्यलाई व्यवहारमा उतार्दा “न्याय मात्र होइन, न्याय भएको अनुभूति पनि हुनुपर्छ” भन्ने मान्यतालाई मजबुत बनाउन आग्रह गरेका छन्। खनालले मृतकप्रति श्रद्धाञ्जलि अर्पण गर्दै शोकसन्तप्त परिवारप्रति गहिरो समवेदना पनि व्यक्त गरेका छन्।
The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) today presented the Annual Audit Report (AAR) 2024–2025 to Hon’ble Members of Parliament at the Raven Hall of the National Council. The report was submitted by the Royal Audit Authority, highlighting key audit findings, recurring issues across government agencies, and recommendations to strengthen public financial management and accountability. As part of the review process, the PAC also held consultation meetings with the Civil Society Organization Authority (CSOA), the Royal Monetary Authority (RMA), and the Bhutan Standards Bureau (BSB) to gather inputs and enhance institutional coordination in addressing audit observations.
